Training on the Sissy Squat - optimal for leg training / quadriceps training

The Sissy Squat trains the quadriceps, i.e. the front thigh muscle, as well and isolated as hardly any other exercise. Even with the popular squats, many strength athletes complain about a lack of sensation in the leg extensor. Rather, many strength athletes feel more stimulation in the back of the leg, the hamstring, during squats.

Since no hip flexion takes place during the Sissy Squat, it is wonderfully suited to build massive thighs. Leg training is important to strengthen and tone the leg muscles and to improve overall fitness. Overall fitness largely depends on the legs, as they represent the largest muscle group in the human body. It can also help increase mobility and prevent injuries.

The Sissy Squat exercise is ideally suited, for example, as an isolation exercise after a heavy compound exercise. This way, the muscle is already pre-fatigued, and the leg extensor can be trained in isolation. Leg extensors and hamstrings can also be stimulated for muscle growth with our leg machines. If you specifically want to train your quadriceps, you can also resort to front squats, which you modify slightly.

With the help of the Sissy Squat Master Compact, you can perform the exact same training, but you need less space due to the smaller design.
