Minimalist design, maximum functionality: The NOHRD StepTower is a complete home gym in a small space – designed for seamless transitions between strength, cardio, and resistance training.

Dumbbells & Resistance Bands

Four pairs of dumbbells (2.5–10 kg), four resistance bands with carabiner attachments, two solid wood handles, and a skipping rope are stored compactly inside the tower. A second compartment offers space for two yoga blocks, a cork fascia roller, and a natural cork training mat (180 × 60 × 0.4 cm).

Training Step & Training Bench

The removable side panels made of veneered plywood can be used either as a stable step (46 cm high) or as a padded training bench with an easy-care synthetic leather cover.

Premium Dumbbells – Made in Germany

Eight CNC-milled dumbbells made of nickel-plated steel (2.5–15 kg) with textured grips and characteristic wooden end plates – precisely manufactured, durable, and iconic in appearance.
