Practika Basic Therapy Couch - electric

The Practika Basic electric therapy couch is a 2-section couch, consisting of a body and a head section. It is available in several widths (65, 70, 75, 80 cm) and, upon request, with a 3-section head section. The head section is continuously adjustable from 37° (positive) to 54° (negative) using a gas spring.

The lying surface is continuously adjustable in height from approx. 50-104 cm. Height adjustment is performed by an electric motor from the manufacturer Linak®, which, in the basic configuration, is activated via a wireless hand control (hand switch).

Protection against accidental operation due to integrated blocking function

To prevent unauthorized or accidental operation of the couch adjustment with risk of injury, our couches are equipped with an integrated blocking function. This means that the electrical adjustment options are automatically deactivated 15 seconds after the last operation of the control elements (hand switch, foot switch or all-round bar). They can then only be operated again once you unlock the blocking function.

The activation and deactivation of the blocking function is confirmed by a beep.

In addition, the couch is equipped with an automatic motion stop to protect against crushing or shearing hazards. This automatically interrupts the lowering of the lying surface after 10 seconds. If you want to lower the couch further, simply operate the control element again.
