Training on ATX® Hyperextension - Back Trainer
Training on the hyperextension, also known as a back trainer, is an effective method for back strengthening and stabilization for your personal back health. The fitness equipment was specially developed to strengthen and stretch the muscles in the lumbar spine and is a popular device for core training. Regular training on the hyperextension can prevent back pain and also improves posture.
Training on the hyperextension is particularly recommended for people who spend a lot of time sitting, as sitting weakens the back muscles and can lead to back pain. Through the back exercise on the hyperextension, the muscles in the back can both strengthen and stretch, which improves posture and prevents back pain.
Overall, training on the hyperextension is an effective method for improving back musculature and flexibility. You can avoid back pain and improve posture. Through regular training on the hyperextension, you will soon feel how your back muscles strengthen and your posture improves, while simultaneously reducing the strain on your back. The ATX® Hyperextension 45° is a back trainer for home and the gym.
